When returning products that you have purchased please ensure that you have obtained a signed official receipt of goods upon delivery. We are only able to accept returns of products which are damaged or faulty at the time of delivery or collection, due to the storage requirements of our fresh and frozen products. If you wish to change an item on your order, the office must be notified prior to your delivery or collection.
Goods covered by this invoice remain the property of C&C Frozen Food Solutions until all monies owing by the purchaser to C&C Frozen Food Solutions have been settled.
CLAIMS: All goods must be examined at the time of delivery or collection and a clean signature given. Any losses or damage must be stated on invoice document retained for inspection. Unless the above conditions are observed we cannot consider any claims for breakages, shortages or non-delivery. Any claims regarding condition of goods must be made at time of delivery or collection.
