Description
Internationally acclaimed, San Daniele prosciutto crudo – which is a PDO product- stands out from other Italian ham for its unique processing, which does not involve removing the trotter. Like most cured hams, this salumi is only made with the legs of Italian pigs and sea salt – there are no extra flavours added and only traditional curing methods are used. The meat is aged 15-18 months to reach an optimal level of maturation for maximum flavour.
