Panna Cotta Individual Portions Italian Frozen Dessert Panna Cotta, meaning “cooked cream” in Italian, is an Italian dessert which hails from the Piedmont region of Italy. It is basically sweetened cooked cream. Ours is made using organic double cream, sugar and vanilla with a little gelatine, resulting in a loose set.
